1.    How can I check my delivery status?

  • Please WhatsApp 016-2680-441 to check your delivery status. 

2.   What’s your delivery / pick up time?

  • We open for delivery and pick up daily from 10am to 4pm.

3.   Can I change my order details?

  • Yes, you may change you order details 3 days in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4.   Can I cancel my order?

  • We are unable to cancel the order once the order has been made. However, we can reschedule your order to a later date.

5.   Where does Bakaron deliver to?

  • We deliver within KL and Klang Valley area using Lalamove. Car is the usual mode of transport to ensure the macarons are delivered in one piece to you.

6.   How much do you charge for delivery?

  • We are using Lalamove for delivery and the delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our pick-up point which is our HQ in Menara Infinity to the delivery location. The delivery charges will be calculated automatically at checkout.

     7. Do I need to order in advance?

  • We need a minimum of 3 days advance booking for pre-order macarons.

8. Any ready stock that I can order online now and get it delivered to me today?

  • We do have ready stocks occasionally under ready stock category. Packing will take about 30 minutes to 1 hour and the delivery will be scheduled after the packing is done.

9.   Can I do walk in?

  • We do not do walk in. Occasionally, we will announce on our Instagram : Bakaron by Alicia when we have ready made that we open for walk-in purchase at our HQ.

 10.  How do I pay?

  • We accept credit & debit cards, online banking, and e-wallets. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) at the moment.

11.   Can I include a birthday message?

  • Yes you can by writing your message in the remark section upon checkout.

12.   Will candle be included in my cake order?

  • Candles and cake toppers are included for MACARON CAKE PACKAGING BOX ONLY.

13.  Are you macarons and cakes are HALAL?

  • All of our baked goods are made with halal ingredients.

14.  Should the macaron be kept refrigerated?

  • Macaron should be kept refrigerated at all times.

17. The cake I received looks different from the display image on your website.

  • Please note that all of our macarons are handmade so it’s natural that the actual products may vary in colour and size. We will always do our best to maintain the consistency and the accuracy of our design of the macarons.

18. Would you disclose my information to the recipient(s)?

  • We will not disclose any information to anyone. We will usually suggest our customers to include a note to let the receipt know this identity of the sender.

Example of requirements can be packaging size, design of the macarons, delivery date and time, and other requests.

  • Once details are confirmed, we will send over a payment link to you.
  • Once payment receipt has been uploaded, please allow us to mark the order as paid within 24 hours.
  • Your order is confirmed once the order is marked as paid.
